Hats Off to the Holidays

These past 2 months of college have been so crazy busy and I completely put the blog on hold. Between juggling classes and extracurriculars plus adding in some time to be social and just hang with friends, I really neglected posting. But, we’re back people … we are back !!

The weather in AR has been soo good, not too cold yet, and I’m soaking it all up before the temp starts to drop for good.

I got to spend the weekend home in Little Rock helping pack up before we move to a new house, so I got to spend some time shooting with my girl @baileywhite!

I am super excited to share some shots of the new house with you guys in the next few weeks. My mom killed the design and theres no doubt the decor will be killer too.

And I am so happy because Christmas is 20 days away and I love holidays. Buying a real Christmas tree, putting on all the ornaments, decorating the house (or your dorm in my case), and all of the lights and music!! BEST time of the year

I’m in love with this wool cap — baker boy hats are seeming to be all the rage right now. I got this one from ShopBop during their Black Friday sale

And this little mini ribbed dress from ASOS is on sale right now so gooo get it! It’s a good basic to have in your closet, dress it up or dress it down, and not to mention it’s very comfy.

my denim jacket is from Scarlet Clothing

and here are a few other denim pieces I’m crushing on

denim puffer       patched jacket      frayed pleated jacket

It’s good to be back blogging again and finally prioritizing some time to work!! I am veryyy ready for a long Christmas break home with family and friends. More Christmas-y things to come & an exciting collaboration I can’t wait to share, so be on the look out!

xoxo,

B

hey heyy !!!! My name is Brighton Barnard and I’m an 18 year old Arkansas native. I am a freshman at the University of Arkansas, where I am pursuing a double major in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development as well as Marketing. I am also a Chi Omega Psi and member of the Razorback Pom Squad at the U of A (woooopig!) I have always been drawn to fashion, creativity and the little things in life — which is what lead me to create this blog! Hope you can find some bits of bliss !!
